Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, high-quality care in an outpatient setting with an intentionally manageable caseload. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, reassess progress, and help patients return to meaningful activities. The role will focus on orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions while providing clinical autonomy and structured mentorship for new graduates. New graduates are welcome.

What Your Day Actually Looks Like

• 12 patients per day

• 40 minutes one-on-one focused care (not tech-run treatments)

• Occasional light overlap for flow - not high-volume scheduling

• You leave on time most days

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care

• Reassess progress and adjust treatments

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired

• Help patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life)

Requirements

• Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist

• Solid clinical reasoning

• Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health

(New grads welcome - structured mentorship provided)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
Caseload intentionally capped to maintain care quality.
