Job Summary: <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a growing private rehabilitation organization with opportunities across multiple locations.</p><p>Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.</p><p>Most locations provide outpatient orthopedic care, while select hospital-based locations may also offer inpatient rehabilitation opportunities.</p>

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient / Rehabilitation

Locations: Multiple locations across KS, TX, WI & MI
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible Daytime Hours
Compensation: $80,000+ for PTs, based on experience and location

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and goals.

  • Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and rehabilitation conditions.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe rehabilitation practices and home programs.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.

  • Current or eligible state Physical Therapy license for the applicable location.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
