Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Project Managers while taking overall responsibility for delivering high-quality residential building and remodeling projects on time and within budget. • Leadership & Oversight: Directly supervise and support Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and accountability to ensure consistent project performance. • Quality Control: Own company-wide quality standards. Perform regular quality checks on workmanship and materials across all projects and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly. • Training & Development: Help train and mentor Project Managers on company processes, systems, best practices, and leadership skills. • Subcontractor Relations: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support reliable performance and long-term partnerships. • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and overall production workflow to keep multiple projects moving efficiently. • Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication between clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Maintain proper documentation in our systems. • Problem Solving & Compliance: Lead collaborative problem-solving efforts and ensure all work complies with codes, safety rules, plans, and specifications. Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of residential construction project management experience, with at least 2 years supervising others. • Strong actual field experience in residential construction is required. • Ability to read and understand plans. • Deep knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and codes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Positive, collaborative leadership style with strong problem-solving ability. • Highly detail-oriented and organized. • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our project management system. • Extra bonus points if you are already familiar with JobTread!
