As a Project Engineer, you will take ownership of the design and technical aspects of your projects from start to finish. This role requires a high level of independence, strong technical judgment, and the ability to manage day-to-day project responsibilities while keeping the overall project goals in focus.

Lead the design and engineering aspects of projects from initial development through completion.
Manage day-to-day project activities with a high degree of independence.
Provide technical problem-solving and engineering design support.
Develop a strong understanding of permitting requirements, codes, and applicable regulations.
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure projects remain on track.
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Identify potential schedule or project risks early and communicate them proactively to the Project Manager and team.
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, who will provide support and guidance as needed, while taking the lead on the majority of project activities.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members to address challenges and keep projects moving forward.
Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical training to junior staff members.
Share knowledge and best practices to help develop the skills of less-experienced team members.
