Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of residential building and remodeling projects taking responsibility for delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors and vendors, and our team. Document communication in our system. • Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project schedules including task dependencies and keep the schedule up to date in our system as work progresses. • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials throughout the project. Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly. • Problem Solving: Work collaboratively and creatively to solve problems. • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with codes, safety rules, and the plans/specs. Qualifications: • Actual field experience in residential construction is required. • Ability to read and understand plans. • Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and codes. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to solve problems and make decisions. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our project management system. • Extra bonus points if you are already familiar with JobTread!
