Work Arrangement: Project-Based / Owner-Side Project Management
Our client is seeking experienced Project Schedulers and Senior Project Schedulers to support complex capital projects within highly regulated technical environments.
The selected professionals will work as part of an owner-side project management organization, providing scheduling, planning, forecasting, and project controls support throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, schedule development, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and coordination across engineering, construction, commissioning, and project management teams.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Establish project activities, logic, milestones, dependencies, and baseline schedules.
Track actual progress against planned activities and identify schedule variances.
Analyze critical path activities and evaluate potential impacts to project completion dates.
Identify schedule risks, delays, constraints, and opportunities for recovery.
Work with project managers, engineers, construction teams, commissioning personnel, and other stakeholders to collect schedule updates.
Coordinate schedule development and updates across multiple project disciplines.
Support project planning, forecasting, and overall project controls functions.
Prepare schedule analyses, progress reports, dashboards, and management-level reporting.
Provide schedule information to support project decision-making and resource planning.
Maintain alignment between project scope, milestones, budgets, and execution schedules.
Assist with schedule recovery plans and mitigation strategies when project performance deviates from plan.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles and project controls methodologies.
Understanding of critical path method (CPM), schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and baseline management.
Experience with progress tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Experience supporting large-scale projects in one or more of the following environments is preferred:
