Our Client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to support its expanding transactional practice. This attorney will advise a broad client base on commercial real estate matters, business transactions, and related legal needs.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and contracts.

• Manage due diligence, title and closing matters, transaction documents, and overall deal execution.

• Counsel clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and business-related transactions.

• Build strong client relationships while collaborating with partners and colleagues on active matters.

Qualifications

• Admission and good standing with the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars.

• 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, or a related practice area.

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced practice.
