Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician / Alarm Installer to join a growing team providing residential and commercial security solutions throughout the Chicagoland area.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electronic security systems. You will work directly with customers to install, maintain, and repair alarm systems while delivering high-quality service and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial security alarm systems

• Perform installation and maintenance of alarm panels, sensors, keypads, and related security equipment

• Diagnose and repair wiring, equipment, and communication issues

• Configure and test security systems to ensure proper operation

• Complete service reports and work orders accurately

• Provide professional customer service at residential and commercial job sites

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing and servicing security alarm systems preferred

• Experience with residential and commercial security systems

• Knowledge of alarm platforms such as Alarm.com, DSC, Qolsys, Honeywell, ELK, or similar systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with low-voltage wiring and electronic security systems

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable working on ladders, lifting equipment, and working in various environments
