Client, located in Grayslake, IL, specializes in a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential building types. We're seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.

Role Description

Client is seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.

The applicant will have the opportunity to lead all phases of the architectural design process, from schematic design through construction coordination. Experience with coordinating with & managing clients is essential. Preparing construction drawings will also be a critical part of the job description.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited school

  • Minimum of 10 years of architecture office experience

  • Proficient and highly skilled in AutoCAD

  • Capable of maintaining a high level of quality, detail, and accuracy

  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

  • Must have extensive experience with building codes & zoning ordinances
