We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Civil) for a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This position is responsible for leading and delivering complex civil engineering and construction projects from planning through completion. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing infrastructure development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also requires strong leadership to guide project teams, drive performance, and optimize project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in budgeting and financial management for construction projects

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices

• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure and large-scale construction projects

• Advanced project management and construction management skills

• Experience with Progressive Design-Build and/or CM at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE preferred

• Familiarity with industry-standard software and project management tools
