Job Summary

A leading exterior remodeling contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Exterior Sales Representative specializing in roofing, siding, and windows. We are looking for a customer-focused salesperson with a strong background in performing detailed project estimates for large-scale exterior remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

• Perform heavy project estimating and material take-offs for large roofing, siding, and window projects.

• Guide clients through product selection, project design, and competitive pricing options.

• Close sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential exterior sales (Roofing, Siding, and Windows required).

• Skills: Extensive estimating experience on larger/complex exterior projects.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 / year (Depends on Experience)

• Total Earning Potential: $150,000 - $200,000+ (Base + Commission)
