Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to support construction crews with jobsite layout, grade verification, and machine control equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction surveying, grading, and 3D model adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot surveying and machine control equipment.

• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and construction layouts.

• Check grades, elevations, slopes, inlets, curbs, and other site features against project plans.

• Verify existing conditions, structure locations, and tie-in elevations before work begins.

• Communicate discrepancies and required adjustments to foremen and project managers.

• Maintain accurate field notes and properly care for surveying equipment.

• Make 3D model adjustments based on as-built field measurements.

Qualifications

• Experience with site construction surveying and machine control systems.

• Ability to read construction plans and understand grading requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency and accuracy.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and develop others.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.
