We are a well-established, full-service public accounting firm located in Naperville, IL, providing tax, accounting, audit, and business advisory services to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. We are currently seeking a dedicated team player with 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead and oversee tax engagements for a diverse roster of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

  • Lead engagements throughout all phases of tax and accounting, including research, projections, planning, compliance, and consulting.

  • Supervise and oversee tax staff.

  • Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience with increasing scope and responsibilities.

  • CPA license preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software. Lacerte experience is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff, and develop strong client relationships.
