Our client is seeking an experienced Team Lead Electrician to lead and coordinate electrical teams supporting the fabrication, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of complex industrial mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical experience, proven leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 electricians.
Plan and develop work schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Determine required materials, equipment, and labor for assigned projects.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
Apply electrical codes, standards, and specifications when laying out and fabricating industrial electrical equipment and enclosures.
Determine wire type, quantity, and size; measure, cut, and pull wire through appropriately sized conduit.
Install and wire switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, transformers, and control panels.
Test electrical equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical motors, variable frequency/variable speed drives, and generators.
Work with industrial hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
Install and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical, electronic, and control systems.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable safety requirements, electrical codes, and project specifications.
Provide direction, training, and support to electrical team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a related industrial electrical field.
5+ years of electrical leadership/supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting and installation experience.
Contractor or Master Electrician License is highly desirable.
