Title Examiner

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Title Examiner to review title work and prepare title commitments for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Review and analyze title documents, liens, and ownership records

·         Conduct title searches and research

·         Identify and report title issues or restrictions

·         Prepare title binders/commitments

·         Collaborate with pre-closers and attorneys

Qualifications:

·         Experience in title examination or related field

·         Strong analytical and research skills

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         SoftPro Select experience preferred
