Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Project Supervision
Supervise daily field operations for UV CIPP lining and trenchless rehabilitation projects.
Serve as the primary field leader and point of contact for project execution.
Manage field crews and coordinate daily work activities.
Plan crew assignments based on project requirements, production goals, and site conditions.
Coordinate equipment, materials, manpower, and other resources required for successful project completion.
Monitor project progress and productivity throughout the workday.
Adjust staffing, equipment, and resources as project conditions change.
Ensure field operations remain aligned with project schedules and established production goals.
Identify potential delays or operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
UV CIPP / Lining Operations
Oversee installation activities associated with UV-cured CIPP lining systems.
Apply knowledge of UV curing processes, equipment, materials, and installation procedures.
Ensure proper preparation and installation procedures are followed.
Monitor curing and installation activities to ensure project specifications are met.
Coordinate equipment setup and operation.
Identify and resolve technical or field-related issues affecting production.
Minimize downtime, installation errors, and rework.
Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
Project Planning & Coordination
Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and work requirements before and during execution.
Develop daily work plans and coordinate resources accordingly.
Coordinate with Project Managers regarding project status, field conditions, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
Maintain awareness of project schedules and upcoming activities.
Communicate field challenges and potential schedule impacts promptly.
Support effective project execution from mobilization through completion.
Safety & OSHA Compliance
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and jobsite safety plans.
Maintain a strong safety culture across field operations.
Ensure crews follow applicable OSHA requirements and established company procedures.
Conduct and/or participate in jobsite safety inspections.
Identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure employees use required personal protective equipment and safety equipment.
Maintain required safety documentation and reports.
Support confined-space safety procedures and other project-specific safety requirements.
Quality Control
Conduct jobsite inspections to verify quality and proper installation.
Ensure UV CIPP installation activities meet project specifications and company quality standards.
Identify installation deficiencies and implement corrective measures.
Monitor workmanship and production quality throughout the project.
Work with clients, engineers, inspectors, and Project Managers to resolve quality-related issues.
Help minimize rework and ensure projects meet required standards.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary field contact for:
Clients
Inspectors
Engineers
Project Managers
Subcontractors
Vendors
Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, site conditions, and field issues effectively.
Respond promptly to client and project team concerns.
Represent the company professionally at project locations.
Documentation & Reporting
Complete accurate daily reports and production logs.
Maintain required safety documentation.
Track crew productivity and project progress.
Document equipment, material, labor, and production information as required.
Communicate daily field results to Project Management.
Ensure project records are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Crew Leadership & Training
Lead and mentor field crew members.
Train employees on proper CIPP/UV lining procedures and best practices.
Reinforce safety and quality expectations.
Provide guidance regarding equipment operation and field procedures.
Help develop less-experienced crew members.
Promote teamwork, accountability, productivity, and safe work practices.
Problem Solving
Identify field issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot equipment, material, installation, and production issues.
Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and technical resources when additional support is required.
Take proactive steps to minimize downtime and prevent unnecessary rework.
Adapt field operations based on changing site conditions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in CIPP, UV lining, or trenchless rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of UV curing processes, equipment, and materials.
Previous field leadership, supervisory, Foreman, or Superintendent experience strongly preferred.

The Superintendent will travel to project locations using company vehicles and will generally be home on weekends, depending on project requirements.

Compensation: Based on Experience
