With experience working on major UPS brands such as APC, Eaton, and Vertiv, Our client creates customized power protection plans to meet client needs. Role Description

• This is a full-time Field Service Engineer role based in the New Jersey area.

• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

• Performing preventive maintenance tasks.

• Troubleshooting technical issues.

• Providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborating with the technical team to address client-specific challenges and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with UPS field service and preventive maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.

• Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.

• Electrical or engineering credentials or certifications are advantageous.

• Knowledge of various UPS brands and systems is preferred.

• Ability to perform on-site physical tasks and work flexible schedules.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Location: Central or Northern, NJ

Salary: $80K to $110K
