Job Description

We are seeking a full-time veterinarian to join the veterinary team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality medical care while building strong relationships with clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary medical care to dogs, cats, and other companion animals.

• Perform wellness examinations, preventive care, and routine medical procedures.

• Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment and care plans for patients.

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care.

• Promote preventive medicine and educate clients on appropriate pet health and wellness.

• Maintain a high standard of compassionate, ethical, and client-focused veterinary care.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.

• Active veterinary license in the state of Maryland or eligibility for Maryland licensure.

• Strong interest in providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships with pet owners.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative veterinary team.
