Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in order picking, inventory handling, and warehouse operations, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review picking lists and customer orders assigned through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or handheld scanner.

• Locate products using warehouse aisle, shelf, bin, and SKU information.

• Verify product SKUs, quantities, and descriptions against order requirements.

• Inspect products for damage, quality issues, and expiration dates when applicable.

• Pick and place items into designated totes, boxes, or pallets.

• Label picked orders appropriately and update picking status in the system.

• Move completed orders to the designated staging area for packing or shipping.

• Report missing inventory, incorrect labels, damaged products, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.

• Keep the warehouse and picking areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse picking, order fulfillment, or inventory handling preferred.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and picking procedures.

• Ability to read picking lists, product labels, SKUs, and bin locations.

• Experience using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move warehouse materials throughout the shift.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
